Creating intuitive and engaging user interactions is what I do and I do it all: requirements gathering, wireframing, graphic treatment, and prototyping - the front-end is my domain.

Established new L&D support routines, consolidating support streams, creating course request form/process, enabling People Services as Tier 2 support, and documenting FAQs, digital learning standards, and SLAs.

Launched Coca-Cola’s first official Digital Learning Strategy, a roadmap for innovation informed by business goals and partner research (Harvard, Cornell, Bersin, and Korn Ferry) that was adapted to create Coca-Cola’s T&D and Digital strategies.

Coca-Cola Digital Learning Strategy.

Designed CCU Functional School framework, guiding capability leads in the design and marketing of their development strategies and curriculum offerings. Created separate CCU pages featuring each School’s functional competency model and assessments.

Combining my academic background in computer science and sociology with a deep love for teaching, I've focused my career on championing human-centered design in the learning technology space. I'm at my best working in a strategic role where I can influence the employee development experience on a larger scale, but still value opportunities that allow me to directly flex my content creation skills in instructional design, multimedia development, and technical writing.
